The month of June arrived quickly and so did the winter weather! To brighten up the month and the mood, Live to Run Trail decided to inject an extra dose of trail running time into the calendar with a Sunday Runday outing. Coach Jimmy was delighted to plot and plan a weekend excursion on the trails.
