This club is dedicated to fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members. We believe everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, and valued.

Bullying of any kind, including verbal abuse, physical intimidation, social exclusion, or cyberbullying, will not be tolerated. This includes behavior inside and outside of club activities/events.

If a member’s behavior is found to be in violation of this policy, they may be subject to disciplinary action, including warnings, temporary suspension, or expulsion from the club. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis by the club committee.

Our goal is to ensure everyone has a positive experience. If a situation arises that disrupts the enjoyment of others, parties involved may be politely separated or asked to leave. This includes behavior at events organized by the club.

We celebrate diversity and encourage participation from all backgrounds. This includes, but is not limited to, race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, ability, and age.

We expect all members to treat each other with courtesy and respect. This means creating an atmosphere free of harassment, discrimination, or behavior that intentionally disrupts the enjoyment of others.

If you experience or witness bullying or behavior that violates this policy, please report it to a club leader immediately. All reports will be taken seriously and handled confidentially.
