RUNNERS INFO FOR THURSDAY 28TH NOVEMBER

Welcome to Live to Run Trail! This week we will be meeting at Hansen’s Park !
Due to some road closures up at Victoria Park, we will be moving this weeks run club meeting point to Hansen’s Park.
Please meet at by the athletics club rooms. The run briefing will be at 6:10pm, run starts at 6:15pm.

This week there will be three groups. Fiona will be taking the Adventure Group and the two Cruiser Groups will be lead by Jimmy and Greg. See group types below. 

Gear requirements: Appropriate trail running shoes, weather appropriate clothing, if you need to bring extra layers, water or medication please do so. Please let your coach know if you have a medical condition.

Group types:

Cruiser – approximately 60 minutes at an easy pace. Depending on the route, distance will be between 5 to 8kms. Coaches will stop regularly to re-group. This group is appropriate for beginners and recovery. No one will be left behind. 

Adventure – approximately 60 to 90 minutes. Depending on the route, distance will be upwards of 8km. This group is for runners who wish to go at a slightly steadier pace and longer distance than the cruiser group. The coaches will stop every so often to re-group. No one will be left behind.
