Thursday runs

Hi Team, This thursday we are back to Hansen Park. We will meet in front of Port Hills club rooms. There is also toilets at Hansen Park. Briefing starts at 6.15pm. I am taking the Adventure Group but due to weather forecast we might be changing plans to stay in more sheltered places that will involve hills. If very wet and windy we will explore a more hilly road adventure so let's see on the night what you feel like. Adventure Group is

Hello trail running fam! This week, Thursday the 26th of May, we will be meeting at the bottom of Bowenvale for a sweet run through some residential streets to reach a track leading up to Huntsbury track. There will be the option for the faster/further ones to go all the way to the top and back down to meet us at a track turning back down to Bowenvale. Meet at 6ish, warm up at 6:10, leave at 6:15pm. Morning runners! This weeks run (Thursday the 19th) will start from Hansens Park Opawa 6pm to leave for 6:15pm sharp.Meet in front of the Port Hills Club Rooms by the grass track. Enter Hansens Park from Hawford/Butlers Road cnr. Gate closes at 9pm so don't worry about getting stuck in there.The distance is around 7km // 80min. Remember to bring appropriate gear (waterproof jacket, layers, gloves, buff, snacks) and a charged headtorch!----Route: We're going to warm up by jogging to Albert
