I’ve been part of the Live2Run Trail crew for over five years now, and for the past 18 months, I’ve been officially coaching—though I’ve been dishing out “friendly advice” mid-run long before I had the title.
I’m a big fan of everything outdoors and firmly believe that running’s always better with good company. I thrive on the social side of the sport. If there’s a group run going on, there’s a good chance I’m already chatting with half the crew before the warm-up even starts. Some would say my conversation pace is faster than my race pace!
In 2024, I completed my personal trail trifecta: the 15k Skedaddle, the 32k Race Tekapo, and the 53k Crater Rim Ultra—just to prove I’m not only out there for the banter.
When I’m not out running trails, you’ll probably find me on two wheels—either mountain biking through rugged terrain or cruising on a long road ride. I bring energy, encouragement, and a solid mix of enthusiasm and light-heartedness to every session. If you’re looking for someone who loves to move, keeps things fun, and helps everyone feel part of the crew, I’m your guy.
