Welcome to Summer trail running at Victoria Park!! We will meet at 6:10pm at Victoria Park every Thursday until the clocks go back again in 2024.

As long as funding provides, each week we will have three groups!

This week there will be three groups. We have Marty leading the Adventure group, Jarrod with the Skills and Drills group, and Jess with the Cruiser group.

Group types: 

Cruiser – approximately 60 minutes at an easy pace. Depending on the route, distance will be between 5 to 8kms. Coaches will stop regularly to re-group. This group is appropriate for beginners and recovery. No one will be left behind.  

Adventure – approximately 60 to 90 minutes. Depending on the route, distance will be upwards of 8km. This group is for runners who wish to go at a slightly steadier pace and longer distance than the cruiser group. The coaches will stop every so often to re-group. No one will be left behind.  

Skills and Drills – approximately 60 minutes. The distance will vary depending on the type of session. This group is for any level of runner who wants to improve their running strength and fitness. The coach will adapt the session to each individual. This group is lots of fun and we highly recommend! No one will be left behind.
