Welcome to Live to Run Trail! This week we are running in Ferrymead! Please meet at Ferrymead Park. Fiona will be taking the Adventure Group and the Cruiser Group will be lead by Jimmy. See group types below.  Gear requirements: Appropriate trail running shoes, a fully charged head torch and weather appropriate
